CANADA POST STRIKE 

Rest assured, your order is in good hands! La Senza wants to let you know that we've switched carriers to minimize the impact of the Canada Post strike.

However, if you live in a remote area or one that is exclusively serviced by Canada Post, your package may experience significant delays and will not be delivered until Canada Post resumes normal operations. In some cases Purolator may contact you via text to inform you of the nearest pickup location to help avoid further delays. In rare instances, we may have to cancel your order if delivery cannot be completed within a reasonable timeframe.

Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we are committed to doing everything we can to ensure your purchase is delivered as quickly as possible

Thanks for shopping with us. All purchases of full-price merchandise and sale merchandise totaling $75 or more are eligible for free shipping. In the event you need to make a return, $9 will be subtracted from your return to cover the cost of shipping. If you have additional questions, our customer service team will be happy to help you. Please note that we are unable to ship to any commercial and freight forwarder addresses.

Once your order is verified and your credit is approved, your shipment will arrive according to the schedule below (Saturday, Sunday and holidays are not considered business days).

Delivery schedules are estimate and vary depending on shipping locations. For all delivery options, please allow an additional 1-2 business days for shipping to rural areas and an additional 2-4 business days for shipping to areas categorized as beyond points.
