If you don’t, we offer returns within 30 days of purchase. To be accepted for a refund, returned merchandise must be in its original state, deemed to be unworn, unwashed, unused with tags attached, or defective.

Gift Cards and Club La Senza Membership cannot be returned.

Outlet & Clearance merchandise

All purchases of outlet and clearance merchandise are considered final sale. No exchanges and returns.

  1. Return to store:

    For your convenience, merchandise purchased at Lasenza.ca is eligible for free returns to any La Senza store in Canada. Returns are not accepted in outlet stores. Shipping fees are not refundable. Visit the store closest to you with your online order receipt. Exchanges only available in store. Click here to find a store location near you.

  2. Return by mail:

    Online purchases can be returned within 30 days of purchase with an original receipt. Refunds will be made in the form of original payment. Original shipping charges are not refundable. A fee of $9 will be deducted from your refund for this service. The return service helps confirm the status of your return and track its delivery progress.
